About the work:
You will perform client facing recruitment functions for one of our clients. These requests typically include the following:
Proposal recruitment, including sourcing international candidates for USAID and other donor-funded projects. Our proposal recruitment engagements can range for a single Chief of Party search to an entire field-based recruitment effort.
Project recruitment, including start-up recruitment in the field or replacement of a single candidate.
Home office recruitment, including temporary and multi-month long consulting assignments to assist international development companies fill their open home office requisitions.
ABOUT THE CONSULTANTS WE SEEK:
Given you will be directly client facing and representing, you will be an experienced international recruiter and able to perform the requested SOW confidently and without assistance. We seek consultants who not only have the technical skills our clients require, but also the personal skills to communicate in a friendly, client-oriented manner.
