We know summer can throw a wrench in your routine. Kids are out of school, travel plans pop up, and days get longer (but somehow still busier). And yet, your job search deserves consistency, even during the warmer months. That’s why we created Set SAIL This Summer, a flexible, lower-intensity version of our popular monthly career accountability series.
This summer, we’ll help you Set clear job search goals, Act with intention, Improve your job search strategies, and Launch your career into your next chapter…all without overloading your schedule.
Built for real summer routines, this program runs July 1 through August 29, with sessions designed to keep you focused while still enjoying the season. We've taken everything we've learned from four months of running our daily career series and crafted a version that’s just as effective, but even more flexible. We’ve seen what works and what doesn’t, and we’ve built this offering to give you the most effective tools in a format that works for real life this summer.

What you’ll get:
Live sessions every Tuesday and Thursday at 12:00 PM ET — perfect for a quick, focused lunch break
Fridays at noon are dedicated to in-depth and personalized Q&A, to help you work through challenges and stay on track
Total of 26 (yes, twenty-six!) summer sessions, each around 30-45 minutes, focused on resumes, networking, interview prep, navigating a crowded job market, and personalized Q&A
Recordings of every session, so you can watch on your own schedule
